De factory is geen los team dat ik elke keer opnieuw opbouw. Het is een vaste manier van werken: dezelfde tooling, hetzelfde proces, dezelfde standaarden, keer op keer. Daardoor zit de snelheid in het systeem en niet in toeval, en blijft de kwaliteit voorspelbaar.

The factory is not a loose team I rebuild each time. It is a fixed way of working: the same tooling, the same process, the same standards, again and again. That puts the speed in the system rather than in chance, and keeps the quality predictable.
