Een factory is de hele weg van idee naar werkende software, opgezet zodat AI-agents het zware werk doen en mensen de richting bepalen. Aan het eind van het traject staat die machine bij jou, draait hij op jouw eigen mensen, en hangt hij niet af van mij. Dat is het verschil tussen software inkopen en het zelf kunnen.
A factory is the whole path from idea to working software, set up so AI agents do the heavy lifting and people set the direction. At the end of the programme that machine lives with you, runs on your own people, and does not depend on me. That is the difference between buying software and being able to build it yourself.

The goal is self-sufficiency. I build the first cycle together with your team, then they run it themselves, and my role shrinks until it is no longer needed.

Die context bouwen leer ik je team expliciet, want het is de motor onder de snelheid.
A factory only becomes powerful when it knows your context: your domain, your standards, your way of working. The better that context is captured, the more your team can trust AI agents with, and the more capacity you unlock without hiring more people. Building that context is something I teach your team explicitly, because it is the engine under the speed.
